An AYURVEDIC CONSULTATION is a private session where i’ll gather information about the whole you- body, mind and soul. 

We will talk about your health history, your current concerns, as well as your goals.

I’ll look at your eyes, face, tongue, and take your ayurvedic pulse.

You will learn about the constitution you were born with- how you were designed to be- your Prakriti

You’ll discover where you are now- your Vikriti, and your tendencies that may lead you away from balance, and the little shifts you can make to bring yourself back.

You’ll fill your toolbox with lifestyle practices and perspectives that bring awareness, health, and soul into every day.

 

This may include things like:

  • Getting to the root of that which throws you off balance; daily habits, self limiting beliefs, your relationship with food etc…

  • Identifying the easiest and most profound steps to take right away- what will give you the most bang for your buck

  • A dynamic morning routine that actually works for you

  • Rituals for self love, compassion, strengthening intuition, and connection

  • Daily practices to enhance digestion and immune health

  • Yoga, meditation, and pranayama/breath-work for your individual healing path

  • Healthy eating guidelines including considerations of the foods to favor and avoid based on your constitution

  • Herbal and essential oil recommendations and personalized self care products

  • Ayurvedic bodywork including chakra balancing and massage oils blended especially for you
